Job Description – IT Recruiters – 0 to 3 years

  1. Responsible for handling end to end IT recruitment assignments for various clients
  2. Analyzing and understanding the C2H, contract to hire and permanent staffing.
  3. Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources like LinkedIn, Github.
  4. Calling prospecting candidate, explaining them about opening.
  5. Short listing the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
  6. Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates.
  7. Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected.
  8. Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
  9. Should have ability in taking references from the candidates, to build the database.
  10. Dynamic have good analytical & communication skills and should be flexible to work on demanding and challenging work schedule.
