Spotlight on: Flinders University
Located in the city of Adelaide in South Australia, Flinders University, named after a famous British navigator of the South Australian coastline, is ranked in the top 251-300 bracket according to THE rankings 2019, making it one of the higher-ranked universities in the world. It caters to more than 19000 students including more than 7000 international students. 1. Entry requirements
For entry into the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters programmes, the minimum academic entry requirement is a degree equivalent to the Australian 3-year Bachelors degree. Certain courses require additional qualifications, such as work experience.
English language requirements are satisfied by the achievement of the minimum required scores in one of the following internationally recognised English tests – IELTS, TOEFL, Pearsons PTE and Cambridge English.
2. Costs and Funding
The annual tuition fees for a Graduate certificate averages at 16-17000 AUD, and 30-32000 AUD for a Graduate Diploma or Masters.
3. Application timeline
Applications remain open until seats for a particular programme are filled – international applicants are advised to apply as early as possible.
